Investigational Series #1 -OR- "this seemed more interesting in my head"

Today I was making ramen and reading the Nutritional Information-- always a bad idea! However, I saw this.



(Do you see what I see? [Putting Christmas carols in your head in August, that's what I'm here for.]) What I saw was that the serving size information was implying that there were two teaspoons of seasoning in this packet! I have no innate sense of volume, so this seemed to be an exorbitant amount for this thin little thing!



I meant to put animated question marks on this, but I don't quite know how.

SO I TRIED MEASURING IT. And lo and behold:



It worked. Whoops. There goes my demand for a full $0.33 refund.
